Honor a un Heroe de San Isidro: Sub Oficial Mayor (Capitan) Aldo Garrido; Policia.

Hoy desde mi barrio actual en Las Vegas, Nevada; me entere del asesinato del Policia del Barrio, de mi barrio en Argentina, San Isidro; de esta persona de servicio continuo a la comunidad, de "EL" Policia del Barrio. Me lleno de pena esta desgracia, ya que el Sub Oficial Mayor Garrido era una expresion del barrio comercial en San Isidro. De impecable uniforme, de altisima personalidad, de expresiones humanas, de educacion y sabor de barrio que nos supo mostrar y hacer sentir seguros y orgullosos de ser de San Isidro!!. Hoy este Heroe, ha convertido y entregado su vida con la maxima expresion ....morir por los demas. Dios lo tenga en la gloria eterna, y nunca lo olvidaremos. Honor al Heroe Garrido!!!!!

Cabana Cachaca Notes/ Notas.

Estuve en el Seminario presentacion de la Cachaca cabana y aqui les dejo la websita asi la miran: http://www.cabanacachaca.com/, la cual es una cachaca aniejada por 6 meses en barriles de roble escoces, y doble destilacion en Pot Still, la mayor parte de la produccion la exportan a USA y Inglaterra, y el resto para el mercado brasileiro. En 2008 han vendido 8.000 cajas a U$S 30.00.- dollares la botella. Producen 120.000.- (mil) litros al anio. Espero les sea util esta informacion.

I went to the Cabana Cachaca seminar at Via Brazil, and let me tell you what i learned: This is a Cachaca with 2 destillatons on Pot Still, and aged for 6 month in Oak from scotland. The anual production is 120.000.- liters a year, and most of it is experoted to USA and England, and the very rest they sell it in Brazil. This is a U$S 30.00- dollars bottle, and the sells for 2009 reached 8.000.- cases!!!. Feel free to check their website at: www.cabanacachaca.com
